Slacker

For the last two weeks, the ol' day job has really had me on the run, but I'm almost back amongst the blogging. For tonight, though, since husband is at a baseball game, here's my docket: a glass or two of Michigan wine; a nice, soothing, potato-based dish; and Sir Ben Kingsley, starring as "Gandhi". Thank you, Netflix. Thank you, Black Star Winery. Thank you, Michigan potato farmer: you're all contributing to making my Friday night a rather lovely night.

Michigan wine! Boy, that used to be an oxymoron ... but now, I know, I know. There is more than Thunderbird and Paw Paw!

Sounds like a good chill-ax!

Sounds like a fine way to spend an evening. As a Californian who has no nose for wine, I'll have nothing nasty or snide to say about Michigan wine. At least it's not Wisconsin (which would probably have a mild Cheeto finish).

Mike saw Jason down in Wyandotte; thank God we got out of THAT hot mess. I knit the whole day.

Please run for president.

Thanks,
Fritz
